It is a bold thing to point out but everybody should take vitamins. You might be thinking, “Are you serious?” but I am serious. The food calorific value in the U. S. is sad. In an exceedingly elemental way, you aren not getting anywhere near the amount of nutritive value you used to get from core foods. What are so-called core foods? It’s the foods that should make up the majority of our diet, that is, vegetables, fruits, nuts, grains, and such like.
